Where Has Time Gone? | March Goals

I honestly just looked at the WordPress post calendar thingy and noticed that it was March. Like what?!?! Where did the time go? So here I am to tell you all my goals for the month of March.

I’m keeping very simple this month. No extreme or crazy goals are going to be made.

1. Write everyday

-At least 500 words per project

2. Read 3 books a week and post reviews of them

3. Pinterest

-Create inspo boards for all projects

-Pin my blog posts

4. Go to the gym

-nothing specific, just get in the gym multiple times a week

There you have it four simple goals that I think are pretty easily attainable. I’m really interested in seeing what happens this month with my writing. I’m really starting to get on a roll with Anastasia’s Rising.

A lot Has Happened | Writing Update 4

A lot has happened. Surprisingly much more good than bad.

My Week

This past week had been so up and down. I went to dinner with a friend at a really good Mexican restaurant, and it was quite lovely. I have to make a point of going out more with people, even if it just with friends.

I had several dental appointments which were horrible to say the least. I actually am in the doctor’s office right now because of them— I’m convinced. I woke up two days ago, after having fillings done, with a splitting headache that has now lasted two days. I’m not a happy camper.

The Writing

If you have been following along with me for a while, you will know that I write with pen and paper. It just works a lot better for me. However, with that style of writing comes with a lot of work.

The past week I used all of my spare time to type up everything that had been written for Anastasia’s Rising. In total it is up to just over 4.6k words. 400 of those were actually new words that I was able to add in during typing. That’s one of the reasons that I enjoy writing with pen and paper. When you have to go back and type everything up, it allows for productive change.

I’ve really been enjoying writing this WIP. It feels like a breath of fresh air. The characters are also really cool too. The lead, Anastasia, is my favorite of course, but there’s a werewolf, Carson, that is quickly stealing my heart. I’ve made an inspiration board on Pinterest if you’d like to check it out : https://www.pinterest.com/SaraBWrites/anastasias-rising-inspiration/

I know this week’s post is a bit short and sweet, but there really hasn’t been anything eventful.
